摘要:本文主要介绍了发酵罐的主要设计步骤。在工艺计算中,大致计算了发酵罐筒体的筒径,高度。选定了封头形状,确定了夹套高度和搅拌桨叶的分布。对搅拌功率进行了试算,选定了电机功率。参照相关的标准和参考资料对发酵罐受内外压情况下的筒体壁厚,封头壁厚,受内压的夹套壁厚进行设计计算。对支座,凸缘,安装底盖,法兰,人孔等进行了选型。参考《机械搅拌设备》对搅拌桨进行了设计和强度校核。同时,按扭转变形,根据临界转速,强度计算,和轴封处允许的径向位移四种方法对轴径进行计算和强度校核。参照国标规则,运用等面积补强的方法对接管开孔进行了开孔补强,最后对搅拌设备的制造,检验安装进行了简要说明
设计结果:设计出了工作容积为10m3的发酵罐,筒体材料为,内筒壁厚为,内径为,夹套厚度为。筒体高度,采用机械密封及三层搅拌桨形式搅拌。机架采用机械密封和单点支架的配合,支座采用支撑式支座支座。搅拌轴轴径为。

The design of 10 cubic meters fermentation tank
Abstract:Fermentation technology has become an indispensable technology in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.Besides,the Fermentation tank takes a large place in Fermentation process. The main steps in the design of a 10 cubic meter fermenter are detailed introduced in this paper,and I choose the design and strength check of the agitator shaft as my main research direction.In my opinions,my research will have a certain significance in practical engineering design.
In the process calculation, the diameter and height of the cylinder of the fermentor were roughly calculated.In this part,i has also sclected the shape of the head and have confirmed the height of the jack,the position of the impeller. the stirring power was calculated and the motor power was selected.With reference to the relevant standards and reference materials, the wall thickness of the cylinder, the wall thickness of the head, and the wall thickness of the jacket subjected to internal pressure are designed and calculated for the fermenter under the conditions of internal and external pressure.Also,I designed and checked the strength of the mixing paddle.The type of bearing, flange, bottom cover, flange and manhole are selected.At the same time, according to the four ways,including torsional deformation, the critical speed, strength calculation, and the radial displacement allowed at the shaft seal, I calculate the shaft diameter and check the strength.With reference to the national standard rules, the opening of the nozzle was reinforced by the method of equal area reinforcement.In the end, I did a simple introduction about the manufacture, inspection and installation of the mixing equipment.
Design result: I have designed a fermentation tank with a working volume of 10.The cylinder body material is S30408. The inner wall thickness is 14mm.The inner diameter is 1800mm and the height of the cylinder body is 3900mm.The equipment is mechanically sealed and stirred in the form of a three-layer mixing paddle.The rack is equipped with a mechanical seal and a single point bracket, and the support is supported by a support bracket and the stir shaft diameter is 130mm.
