[摘要]数控技术是在机械加工方面的重要方法。数控加工的高效率,高精度以及其自动化程度高,从而降低其加工成本,使得数控加工得到了当前众多企业的青睐。虽然,数控加工能够解决掉之前普通机床的一些难加工和不能加工的不规则零件和模型,但是,一些不规则的难加工的零件的数控加工的加工代码书写较为复杂,同时为了保证数控加工得到的产品质量,需要在数控机床加工之前,做好数控加工工艺的过程,也需要借助计算机辅助软件来仿真加工。本文是以盖板零件为载体,对数控加工工艺进行分析设计。首先对盖板模型加工工艺进行分析,拟定可行的加工路线,结合数控加工的特点和零件本身的特点,选择较为合适的加工路线。利用此加工路线,在UG对盖板模型进行三维造型,造型完了之后,选择合适的毛坯和机床,按照前面拟定的加工工艺,进行一步一步的仿真加工,并检查每步的仿真加工是否合理和可行,并对其中不合理的加工工艺进行修改和优化,最终确定一条最优的加工路线。最后利用UG生成G代码。

CNC machining process design and simulation of cover plate
[Abstract] Numerical control technology is an important method in machining. The high efficiency, high precision and high degree of automation of CNC machining can reduce its processing costs, so it has been favored by many enterprises. Although CNC machining can solve some difficult parts and models which are hard to be machined by ordinary machine tool, the machining code of some irregular and difficult machining parts is very complex to write, at the same time, in order to ensure the machining quality of products, we need to complete the CNC machining process before CNC machining, and also use some software or computer simulation. this paper analyzes the CNC machining process by using special-shaped cavity as the carrier. In this paper, the CNC machining process is analyzed and designed based on the cover plate parts. Firstly, the machining process of the profiled cavity is analyzed, and the feasible processing route is worked out. According to the characteristics of the CNC machining and the features of the parts themselves, a more suitable processing route is chosen. This processing route using three-dimensional modeling of cover plate parts in UG, after the other, select the appropriate blank and the machine, according to the process in front of the formulation of the simulation processing step by step, and check each step of the simulation processing is reasonable and feasible, and the process is not reasonable and modify optimization, ultimately determine an optimal processing route. Finally, the G code is generated using UG.
