江苏新岛YC550散热器的设计
摘要:冷却系统的作用是保证发动机在最适宜的温度状态下工作。而散热器是冷却系统的重要部件,介绍汽车散热器的结构型式及其对材料的要求。重点分析汽车散热器材料的应用及其制造技术的发展情况,并指出汽车散热器的发展趋势。
以新岛公司现有产品YC550散热器为设计课题,分析现有的散热器的结构形式及其对材料的要求,分析现有的散热器制造技术和材料的选择。参考国内外散热器制造的新技术——铜硬钎焊技术,铜硬钎焊技术通过采用特殊的铜、锡和磷的钎焊合金,将黄铜和紫铜分别制成管和散热带钎焊成一个整体———即散热器和热交换器。铜硬钎焊技术的核心是无焊剂、无铅焊合金以及抗退火材料。介绍了铜硬纤焊散热器的工艺技术原理及主要材料的性能。指出了铜硬纤焊散热器在制带、制管、主片及纤焊炉选型等方面的工艺要点。铜硬纤焊散热器具有成本低、小型化、无污染及材料的回收和再生产利用率高等优点。其工作原理是用奥托昆普公司开发的铜硬焊金属填料OKC600在高温590~610℃时熔化,依靠金属毛细管的作用力,流入焊接间隙,与母体材料(抗退火铜材)发生反应,在交界处形成合金金属连续体,构成高强度的金属一体化结构,可见新型的铜硬钎焊技术有不着不可取代的优点,可减轻整体散热器的质量。同时分析散热器制造的技术要求,改进加工工艺。在降低成本的同时提高产品的寿命,延长使用寿命。

Design of Jiangsu Xindao radiator YC550
Abstract: The cooling system ensures that the engineworks at appropriate temperature and radiator is the important part of the cooling system. This paper introduces the structure type of the automobile radiators and material requirements. Especially it analyzes the application of the automobile radiator material and the development of the manufacturing technology and the development trend of automobile radiators.
It gives an overview ofyc550 radiator produced by Xindao Company. It analyzes the existing radiator's structural style and to the material request, and the existing radiator technique of manufacture and the material choice. Reference to the radiator at home and abroad to create new technologies- CuproBraze technology, CuproBraze technology through the use of special copper, tin and phosphorus brazing alloys, respectively,will be made of brass and copper pipes and heatwith solderwelded into awhole--- that is, the radiator and heat exchangers. The key technology of radiator manufacture by CuproBraze is not necessary to use flux, kupper solder and annealing resistance material. The process and technology principle and main material performances for CuproBraze radiator are introduced, the critical technology points of fin and tube manufacture,header and soldering furnace selection, etc. are presented. The CuproBraze has its advantages of lower cost,small size,no contamination, higher material recovery and reproduction usage rate. Itsworking principle is developed by Outokumpu Copper OKC600 brazing filler metal at a high temperature at 590~ 610℃ melting, metal capillary forces to rely on, and flows into thewelding gap,with the parent material(anti-annealed copper) react formed at the junction of the continuum of metal alloys, high strength metal integrated structure,we can see new CuproBraze technology could not irreplaceable advantages, reduce the overall quality of the radiator. Radiator at the same time analyzing the technical requirements for manufacturing, processing technology to improve. At the same time reducing costs to improve product life and prolong life.
