整体结构

摘要

印刷干燥烧结装置是一种在印刷的生生产和加工上的一种常用设备,主要针对于印刷的表面进行干燥修整的机械设备。对印刷纸的工件在加工以后进行降低加工表面的粗糙度,实现表面精度加工的一中干燥机器。干燥机的种类很多,分为金属类干燥机和印刷加工类的干燥机。印刷干燥烧结装置的结构设计,在被人们使用后,这类机器也就是人们通常之下称的:带式结构的印刷干燥烧结装置修整机。印刷干燥烧结装置设备,主要使用于人们在印刷纸的制造上的一种常用设备,印刷干燥烧结装置主要是利用磨砂工具对人造圆料的磨砂处理,使得木制品的表面构件进行砂削加工后使得表面精度实现光洁和平整的设备。印刷干燥烧结装置在人造印刷纸圆料和印刷纸家具制造行业中的使用比较广泛,而且通过不断的发展,印刷干燥烧结装置的需求量很大,被生产制造的印刷干燥烧结装置的品种较多,在近年来的印刷干燥烧结装置的发展是比较迅速的。在不断创新发展的印刷干燥烧结装置,其主要特点是适应性强,能在印刷加工行业上提高工作的效率和加工的精度,实现降低印刷纸工件的表面质量提高粗糙度的作用,是印刷纸上加工常用的重要干燥机器之一。
综合本次设计的要求和以上相关知识的考虑之后,在本次的印刷干燥烧结装置的设计中,主要采用单面双砂的结构,砂式宽带进行实现对印刷纸圆料的干燥,来实现本次对印刷干燥烧结装置结构的设计,使用辊式砂架实现印刷纸的磨销层度。
在设计的过程中,考虑到整个设备的重心过高,在工作中可能会引起整机的相对振动,设计中将动力源的主电机设置于整个设备的下方,并通过使用滚子和轴来实现皮带传动,带动滚子旋转,在整个的设计中使整机重心得到下降,并且整个额的设计整机的机架上,底端不仅采用焊接焊合,还开有地脚使用螺栓孔的进行固定,使用前再将整个设备固定或安装在比较硬的地板上固定牢固,这样可以有效的增强印刷干燥烧结装置的整机的使用稳定性。

Abstract
Woodworking sander is a kind of common equipment inwoodworking production and processing. It mainly aims at sanding and finishing ofwoodworking surface. A sanding machine is used to reduce the roughness of the machined surface ofwoodworkpieces after processing and to achieve surface accuracy. There are many kinds of sanders,which can be divided into metal sanders andwoodworking sanders. The structure design ofwoodworking sander, after being used by people, this kind of machine iswhat people usually call: belt structure ofwoodworking sander finishing machine. Woodworking sander equipment, mainly used in the manufacture ofwood, is a common equipment. Woodworking sander mainly uses grinding tools to grind artificial round materials, making the surface components ofwood products grinding, making the surface accuracy achieve smooth and smooth equipment. Woodworking sander iswidely used in artificialwood roundwood andwood furniture manufacturing industry, and through continuous development, the demand ofwoodworking sander isvery large. There are many kinds ofwoodworking sander manufactured. In recentyears, the development ofwoodworking sander is relatively rapid. Thewoodworking sander,which has been innovatively developed, is one of the most important sanding machines commonly used inwood processing. It can improve the efficiency and accuracy of thework inwoodworking industry, reduce the surface quality ofwoodworkpieces and improve the roughness.
After considering the requirements of this design and the above related knowledge, in the design ofwoodworking sander, the structure of single-sided and double-sand is mainly adopted. Sand broadband is used to sanding round timber to realize the design ofwoodworking sander structure, and roll grinding frame is used to realize the level ofwood grinding and pinning.
In the design process, considering that the center of gravity of thewhole equipment is too high, it may cause the relativevibration of thewhole machine in thework. In the design, the main motor of the power source is set under thewhole equipment, and the belt drive is realized by using the rollers and shafts to drive the rollers to rotate. In thewhole design, the center of gravity of thewhole machine is reduced, and thewhole amount of design is on the frame of thewhole machine. The bottom end is not onlywelded, but also fixed by bolt holes. Before using, thewhole equipment is fixed or fixed firmly on the harder floor. This can effectively enhance the stability of thewholewoodworking sander.
