[摘要]乳化液泵是综合采煤工作面液压支架的主要动力提供,性能好坏对液压支架的可靠性有着重大影响。近几年来,随着综合采煤技术的不断提高,综合采煤的机械装备与技术能力都逐渐增高,煤矿对乳化液泵站可以提供的压力与流量要求更高。传统的设计费力、费时,甚至有个别时刻都无法实现研发高性能泵的目标。应用系统的仿真模拟技术是作为结构设计、优化的重要依据,为乳化液泵的设计、研究、优化提供了技术方面的支持。
这篇文章是结合了传统的设计思路和成体系的仿真技术,依据乳化液泵的有关资料,建立相对应的乳化液泵的数学模型:利用SolidWorks软件的三维建模,建立柱塞泵的完整三维模型,比较两种泵模型的数据资料,从而达到优化泵的对应参数、完善结构设计的目的。

Design of hydraulic end of BRW200/31.5 Emulsion pump
[Abstract]Emulsion pump is the main power supply of hydraulic support and hydraulic support in integrated coal mining face. In recentyears,with the continuous improvement of integrated coal mining technology, the equipment and technical capacity of integrated coal mining are gradually increasing,which requires higher pressure and flow that can be provided by emulsion pumping station. Traditional design effort, time-consuming, and even sometimes can not achieve high-performance pump research and development goals. The simulation technology of the system is an important basis for the design and structure optimization, and provides useful technical support for the design and research optimization of emulsion pump.In this article, combinedwith traditional design method and the system simulationtec: hunology based on theoretical knowledge of emulsion pump,we established thema thematic al model of pumpvolume loss; using SolidWorks simulation software systemweestablished plunger pump system model. By comparing the analysis Iesults of the two models,we ac lieve the purposes of optimizing parameters and improving struc tural design of punps.
This article combines the traditional design ideas and the simulation technology of the system, and establishes the mathematical model of the emulsion pump according to the relevant data of the emulsion pump. Using the three-dimensional modeling of SolidWorks software, the system model of the plunger pump is established, and the data of the two pump models are compared, so as to optimize the corresponding coefficient of the pump and improve it. The purpose of structural design.
