摘要
护理行业的服务的主要对象是老龄人和身残人士，目前随着我国的老龄化人口逐步增多，护理行业现在受到的压力也是越来越大。为患者服务所使用的护理床也有更多的需求了。在这样的背景下，我这次设计的题目就是家庭护理床的结构设计。我设计的家庭护理床的服务对象主要是对没有自理能力了的老年人还有一些行动不便的患者所使用，所以在设计的时候主要针对这类人群的所需点来进行分析和设计。我打算设计的这款家庭护理床能够为使用者提供坐起、屈膝、排便还有吃饭等功能，能够有效的解决使用者的诸多不便。
我这次设计主要对家庭护理床的总体方案设计，然后对主要零部件的受力分析，确保我设计的这款家庭护理床能够满足正常工作的需要。

Abstract
The main object of the service is the elderly and the disabled in the nursing industry. As the aging population of our country is increasing gradually, the pressure of the nursing industry is now getting more and more pressure. There are more needs for nursing beds for patients. Against this background, the topic of my graduation project is the structural design of the family nursing bed. The main object of the family care bed I designed is to use the inconvenient peoplewho have no self-care ability, so the design is mainly for the analysis and design of the required points of this type of population. The family care bed I intend to design can provide userswith the functions of sitting, bending, defecating and eating,which can effectively solve the inconvenience of the user.
I designed the overall plan of the home care bed, and then the stress analysis of the main parts, to ensure that the home care bed I designed to meet the needs of normalwork.
