我设计的1G96旋耕播种机主要与黄海-12或东风-12相匹配。旋耕播种机功能较全,拥有设计合理,外型美观,坚固耐用,使用简便等特点。它主要由齿轮传动链传动组成,其中齿轮传动由2组齿轮来达到旋耕播种变速速问题。由于链传动没有弹性滑动和打滑,能保持准确的平均传动比,传动尺寸紧凑、承载能力大、效率高,所以侧边采用链传动来带动刀辊,实现旋耕。其中齿轮箱内一组为滑动齿轮,一组为固定啮合齿轮。滑移齿轮通过拨杆来实现来实现啮合,再通过离合器将动力传给固定齿轮实现变速。
该机器可在多种环境下完成多种作业,减少了拖拉机多次进地,多次作业带来的不良后果和不必要的损失。大大降低了农机用户的作业强度.,降低作业成本,提高了工作效率,为农民增产增收开辟了新的发展方向。

Abstract:

It mainly by the gear transmission chain drive components, gear transmission gear from the two groups to achieve variable-speed rotary tiller planting problems.Since no chain drive flexibility and slippery ; to maintain accurate than the average transmission, transmission compact size, large capacity, high efficiencydrive, the use of the side chain drive to promote knife roll, Implementation Rotary. Gear box for a group of sliding gear, a group of a fixed gear mesh. Sliding gear To achieve the meshing by Joystick, and then passed through the clutch force will achieve fixed gear. The machine can be completed in a variety of multiple operating environment, Reduce the tractor into the field on many occasions, several operations and the adverse consequences of unnecessary losses and greatly reduce the operating strength of the agricultural machinery users.
