技术要求
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.电收尘器壳体和排灰装置应单独设置安全接地线,接地电阻小于2欧姆。
ESP casing and dust discharge device must install safely the
earch-wire. Resistance to the earth is less than 2Ω.
2.由电器专业在电收尘器楼梯.平台.顶部各部位装设照明灯。
Lights must be installed at the stairs, platforms and the tops
of ESP by electrical experts.
3.在检修门附近应设“安全检修灯”电源,在振打装置.排灰装置传动电机处装设
“就地开关”,以便检修。
The power must be installed near the man hole. In order to
check,the local switch box must be installed near rapping
device,discharge dust device and chain conveyer motor.
4.电收尘器敷设保温层,保温面积2475m,其重量未计入总重量中,保温层的施工
按XKT1500图进行。
There is thermal insulation material on the ESP, square of
thermal insulation layer is 2475m. The thermal insulation
material'sweight haven't been included in the ESP total
weight. The thermal insulation layer is installed according
to drawing XKT1500.
5.收尘器进口端应装设CO检测仪,CO应不超过1%,(0.5%报警,1%切断电源)。
CO analytical instruments must be installed at the entrance
of ESP,CO content is less than 1%( 0.5%:alarm, 1%:cutting
power).
