红枣分级机的设计
摘要
随着红枣的大范围种植，红枣收获后分级成为了最主要的问题，红枣分级后会带来更大的经济效益，所以红枣分级就是提高产品价值和档次的关键技术之一。
本次设计的红枣分级机由栅条滚筒、导向装置、喂料装置、出料装置、传动部分等组成。其中栅条滚筒根据红枣的腰径尺寸分为了3个等级，栅条滚筒的转速为47r/min，滚筒的直径为600mm。导向装置是用螺旋杆，螺旋杆可以防止红枣堆积在滚筒底部，可以防止红枣的窜级。最后对关键零部件进行校核，并使用AutoCAD绘制整机装配图和零部件图。该机的分级的效率约为500kg/h，具有一定的实际应用价值。

Design of Jujube Classifier
Abstract
With the large-scale planting of red dates, the grading of red dates after harvest has becomethe most important problem. The grading of red dates will bring greater economic benefits, so the grading of red dates is one of the key technologies to improve the product value and grade.
The design of the jujube cassifier is composed of grid drum, guide device, feeding device, discharging device, transmission part, etc. Among them, the bar drum is divided into 3 grades according to the waist meridian T of red jujube. The speed of the bar drum is 47/min, and the diameter of the drum is 600mm. The guide device is a spiral rod, the spiral rod can prevent the accumulation of red dates in the bottom of the drum, can prevent the red dates grade.Finally, the key parts of the check, and use AutoCAD to draw the whole machine assembly drawings and parts drawings. The classification efficiency of the machine is about 500kg/h, which has a certain practical application value.
