摘要
电池是一种能产生电能的小型装置，是现代生活中重要的能源。电池作为一种商品，在流通过程中需要进行包装，应用自动化的电池包装机能有效提高电池包装效率，降低生产成本，本文针对五号电池的自动化包装，设计了本电池包装机送料机构。
本文首先进行总体的设计方案，拟定螺旋传动副为电池送料方案，对方案进行特点分析，然后针对关键传动件设计，选择电动机，对重要零件进行强度校核，对轴和轴承的寿命进行计算校核，最后对重要零部件进行结构设计，包括材料的选择、尺寸的确定、结构工艺性的满足、以及与其他零件的配合的要求等。

Abstract
Cell is a small device that can generate electricity, is one of the most important energy in modern life. Battery as a commodity, in the circulation process needs packaging, packaging cell function application automation improve battery packing efficiency, reduce the production cost, this paper packaging automation for the number five batteries, design of the feeding mechanism of the battery packaging machine.
Firstly, the overall design scheme, make the spiral transmission pair for the battery feeding scheme, characteristics analysis of the scheme, then the motor selection for key transmission parts, design, strength check of important parts, the life of the shaft and bearings are calculated, the important parts of the structure design, including material selection determine the size, structure, process, and meet the demand for cooperating with other parts etc..
