摘要
食品皮带提升机是为了使食品得到更快运输的一种机械。它是非常重要的运输设备之一,它广泛被用于矿山运输,码头装货,化工运输等重要行业,但对与各种不同情况下的机械设备有一样的设计选材和计算要求。
本文设计了食品加工业中必不可少的食品皮带提升机。食品皮带提升机是运用了皮带提升机的原理开发设计的。食品皮带提升机大致与传统皮带提升机相同,他们都是由皮带,钢带,钢纤维带,塑料带,化纤带作为起重材料和拉拔工件的运输机械。其特征在于用于提升材料的提升装置和用于提高动力的牵引构件,这与其他提升机器明显不同。本文设计的食品皮带提升机是一种小型运输机械,需要的要求是承载能力要求低,运输速度可变,与其他皮带提升机相比之下,他成本更低,设计更加紧凑实用。

Abstract
Food belt hoist is a kind of get faster shipping to make the food machinery. It is one of the important transportation equipment, it is widely used in mine haulage, port of loading, chemical transportation, and other important industries, but with all kinds of mechanical equipment in different cases have the same material and calculation design requirements.
This paper design the indispensable food in the food processing industry belt winding machine. Food belt winding machine is the use of the principle of the belt elevator design development. Food belt elevator is roughly the same as the traditional belt winding machine, they are made of leather belt, steel belt, steel fiber tape, plastic belt, chemical fiber belt as lifting material and drawing workpiece transport machinery. Its characteristics is used to improve the material lifting device and used to improve the power of traction components, and this is obviously different from other improve machine. In this paper, design of food belt hoist is a small transport machinery, need demands bearing capacity is low, transportation speed variable, and the other belt winding machine, by contrast, he is cheaper, compact design more practical.
Starting from the overall structure of the whole machine unit drive part and the driven part of the design and calculation. In the design of the driving gear calculation, the design USES motor speed reducer as drive device; In the design of driving part, timing pulley connected to the transmission device to transfer power. In addition, the selection and design of the device of the reversing roller, pressure roller and framework components, and other necessary calculation and selection of auxiliary equipment.
