DESIGN OF A SIMPLE PENDULUM JAW CRUSHER
摘要
在我国颚式破碎机的发展挺快速的,不少工业都在对它进行改善,破碎机划分为三个类型,是根据动颚的摆动方法来区分分类的,为简摆式、复摆式、综合摆动式。
颚式破碎机主要用来破碎应力挺大的一些矿石物料,如铁矿石、金矿石等各种强度硬度都比较高的矿石。在建材工业中它主要用来破碎一些巨大的石块还有坚硬的石块,比如石灰等。
本文以型号的简摆颚式破碎机为设计对象,在传统破碎机设计理论的基础上,对主要零部件和整体方案进行了设计和改进,介绍破碎的目的及意义、破碎机概述及工作原理、动力学分析、破碎力计算、主要零件的结构设计和安装运转等方面。实现了破碎机在安全性、稳定性与节能高效等多个方面的的统一,具有良好的使用前景。

Abstract
The development of jaw crushers in our country is very fast, and many industries are improving it., The crusher is divided into three types, which are classified according to the swing method of the dynamics, which are simple pendulum type, compound pendulum type, and comprehensive swing type.
Jaw crusher is mainly used to break some ore materials with high stress.Such as iron ore, gold ore, molybdenum ore, copper ore and dolomite. In the building material industry, it is mainly used to crush some huge rocks and hard rocks, such as lime.
In this paper, the PJ900x1200 model is simplified as the design object. Based on the traditional crusher design theory, the main components and the overall program were designed and improved.The purpose and significance of crushing, crusher overview and working principle, dynamic analysis, crushing force calculation, structural design and installation and operation of main parts are introduced.The crusher is unified in many aspects such as safety, stability, energy saving and high efficiency, and has a good use prospect.
