半消声室计算机辅助设计与计算
摘要
随着社会的发展,噪声已成为现下的一大新污染源,控制噪声也就成为了必须要解决的问题,在这种情况下,半消声室产生了。半消声室可以提供自由声场来进行声学产品噪声及振动特性的测试,以便减免噪声。除了这方面的应用外,半消声室也在其它领域发挥了它的价值。半消声室的发展越来越先进,由原先的体积大和寿命低到现在的体积可控并且使用寿命也大幅大提高,并且半消声室的发展也越来越受到重视。
本文采用了计算机辅助的方式来进行半消声室的零件参数计算。半消声室包括了墙体、吸声结构、隔震系统三部分。墙体结构部分本文采用了双层墙的结构,本文对双层墙的材料、厚度、墙壁之间的间隙、墙壁之间的填充物、墙壁的吸声处理方法以及墙壁的隔声量进行了详细的讨论以及确定合适方案;室内吸声结构本文采取的是尖劈结构,本文对选取尖劈吸声结构的原因、尖劈的材料、形状以及尺寸进行了比较详细的讨论与计算,并且确定下合适的方案;隔震部分本文采用的是通过弹簧来隔震,本文对隔震弹簧的刚度、尺寸、所用数量以及具体的安装方式进行了计算以及确定。
在确定了具体尺寸之后,通过solidworks画出了半消声室的装配体,并且对此消声室进行了建造难度分析,最后得出结论,此半消声室比较符合要求,并且预期会有比较好的性能效果以及比较长的使用寿命。

ABSTRACT
With the development of society, noise has become a major new pollution source, and noise control has become a problem that must be solved. In this case, the semi anechoic room has come into being. The semi anechoic chamber can provide free sound field to test the noise and vibration characteristics of acoustic products so as to reduce noise. In addition to this application, the semi anechoic chamber has also played its role in other fields. The development of semi anechoic chamber is becoming more and more advanced. The volume of the semi anechoic chamber is much lower than that of the now. It is controllable and the service life is greatly improved. And the development of the semi anechoic chamber is also paid more and more attention.
In this paper, the computer aided method is used to calculate the part parameters of the semi anechoic chamber. The semi anechoic chamber includes three parts: the wall, the sound absorption structure and the isolation system. The wall structure with the structure of double wall, double wall material, the thickness, the gap between the walls, walls between the filler walls, sound processing method and sound insulation wall are discussed in detail and determine the appropriate scheme; indoor sound absorption structure of this paper is to wedge structure, the the reasons for selection, wedge absorbing structure of wedge material, shape and size are discussed and compared in detail, and determine the appropriate plan; isolation part is used by the spring to isolation, the isolation spring stiffness, size, the number and installation method of concrete is calculated and sure.
After determining the specific size, the assembly of semi anechoic room by SolidWorks, and this was an anechoic chamber construction analysis, finally concluded that the semi anechoic chamber accords with the requirements, and is expected to have better performance and long service life.
