摘要
伴随国内经济的飞速发展,中国的制造业迎来的发展的春天。水泵作为一种通用机械,在国民经济各个领域中都得到了广泛的应用。供输送清水之用,效率高,性能范围广,运转安全平稳,噪声低,寿命长,零件互换性强,使用维护方便,产品规格齐全,覆盖面广。从上世纪中叶开始,随着泵工业技术的迅速发展,人们就开始致力于研究高扬程水泵并且得到了普遍的应用。高扬程水泵的适用范围非常广泛,从民用到农用再到工业生产都离不开高扬程水泵。高扬程水泵满足人们需要需要把介质远距离输送的需求。
本文在研究当前高扬程水泵的基础上,依据任务书给定的数据,确定原动机,由转数、比转数选择泵的结构形式;利用相似设计法对叶轮、轴、压出室、吸入室、托架进行了设计;对其结构装置及主要零部件进行设计、校核及分析。达到了锻炼学生思考和设计的能力,为立足社会夯实了基矗

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the development of China's manufacturing industry to usher in the spring. As a general mechanical pump, the national economy in various fields have been widely used. For the transport of water use, high efficiency, wide range of performance, smooth operation safety, low noise, long life, parts interchangeability, easy maintenance, complete product specifications, wide coverage. From the beginning of the century, with the rapid development of industrial pump technology, people began working on high lift pump and has been widely used. Scope high lift pump is very wide, from civilian to agricultural and then industrial production are inseparable from the high lift pump. High lift pump needs to meet the needs of people need long-distance transport medium.
Based on the current research on the basis of high-lift pump, according to the mission statement given data to determine the prime mover, the number of revolutions, revolutions than the formal structure of the pump selection; use a similar method to the design of the impeller, shaft, press out the room, inhalation room, brackets were designed; the design, verification and analysis of equipment and major components of its structure. Training students to achieve the ability to think and design, based on the community as a solid foundation.
