750KW的变速箱设计
[摘要]本文介绍的一种750KW的变速箱在泥浆泵的应用,结构尺寸要满足NBQ-600泥浆泵的安装和布置要求。变速箱是一种通用的传动装置,他能够将泥浆泵原动机构的输入参数转化为泥浆泵所需要的输出参数,因此变速箱的好坏往往决定泥浆泵的性能。所以齿轮与轴设计是非常重要的。本文750KW的变速箱设计主要包括原动机的选择、变速箱的运动和动力参数计算、变速箱结构参数计算、齿轮设计与校核、轴的设计与校核、主要零件选型选材以及变速箱的结构分析设计。泥浆泵是把槽里泥浆向油井输入,而NBQ-600泥浆泵采用的是活塞泵,活塞泵的原理:在活塞往复运动过程中,当活塞移出时,出口控制阀在其自重和压降下关闭,输入控制阀在压降下打开,排空泵腔。当活塞向内打开时,泵室中的压力升高,导致入口逆止门关闭,出口逆止门打开。以将流体推入排气管。而泥浆泵的载荷系数,转速,扭矩都比较大,在石油开采的恶劣环境当中,我们设计的750KW的变速箱需要满足石油开采的动力与稳定性要求。所以设计750KW的变速箱一定具有传动效率高,有载荷系数高,结构紧凑,运转稳定,安装方便的特点。

Gearbox Design of 750KW
[Abstract] This paper introduces the application of 750KW gearbox in mud pump. The structure size of NBQ-600 mud pump should meet the requirements of installation and arrangement. Gearbox is a kind of general transmission device, which can convert the input parameters of the original mechanism of mud pump into the output parameters needed by mud pump, so the quality of gearbox often determines the performance of mud pump. Therefore, gear and shaft design is very important. The gearbox design of 750KW in this paper mainly includes the selection of prime mover, the calculation of motion and dynamic parameters of gearbox, the calculation of structural parameters of gearbox, the design and check of gear, the design and check of shaft, and the selection of main parts. Material selection and structural analysis and design of gearbox. The mud pump imports the mud from the tank into the oil well, while the NBQ-600 mud pump adopts the piston pump, which is the principle of the piston pump during the reciprocating movement of the piston, when the piston is moved out, the outlet control valve closes under its weight and pressure drop.
