综合媒体6月4日报道，中国模具协会企业年报显示：近年来，中国模具市场对精密、大型、复杂型、长寿命模具的需求量有所增长，预计到2010年，国内模具市场需求量将在1，200亿元人民币左右。
专家分析，从1997年开始，随着汽车、装备制造业、家用电器的高速增长，中国国内模具市场的需求开始显着增长。虽然到2006年中国模具工业总产值已达516亿元，但属“大路货”的冲压模具、压铸模具等约占总量的80％。已经进入中国的少量外资模具企业开始生产各种高精大多功能模具，但目前仍供不应求。据有关专家预测，在未来几年中，中国塑料模具工业还将持续保持年均增长速度达到10%以上的较高速度的发展。国内塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大，其中发展重点为工程塑料模具。
注射成型是塑料成型的一种重要方法，它主要适用于热塑性塑料的成型，可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件。
本次设计是手机按键注塑模具设计，本题已由指导老师给出产品。所以本题的重点是模具结构的设计。本人在此过程是用UG4.0进行分模，再用CAD进行模具结构设计。

In recentyears, the mould industry correctly of high-speed development of our national electric industry, the especially plastic mould has put forward higher and higher requirement, 2004, plastic mould proportion rise to 30% about already amongwhole mould trade, according to the estimation by relevant experts, during the following severalyears, Chinese plastic mould industrywill also keep the average annual growth rate being up to more than 10% of the development at a high speed continuously. Our country plastic mould market in order to mould plastics mould to be demand most heavy, develop focal point the engineering plastics mould among them.
Inject an important method that shaping is plastic shaping, it is mainly suitable for the shaping of the hot plasticity plastics, the precision of all right shapingwith complicated form moulds one. This subject is to regard the storage bucket cup of the juice extractor of the small electrical home appliances as the design model, regard it as the basis to inject the relevant knowledge of the mould, explain the plastics inject the design process of the mould.
Originally design and mould and design the note that feed cup for juice extractor carries on, utilize UG4.0 software to carry on entity's model in moulding one, have carried on craft analysis to a structure of moulding. Have define the mentality of designing, has confirmed that injects the craft course of shaping and carries on detailed calculation and check to each concrete part. The structure designed so can guarantee it is reliable that the mouldworks and uses, has guaranteed to cooperatewith other parts one. Drew a set of moulds installation diagram and part picturewith autoCAD finally.
This subject passes the injection mold design of feed cup for juice extractor, has consolidated and deepened a knowledge of studying, have make more satisfactory result, has reached the nticipated design intention
