摘要
目前在医药行业，药片的种类和数量类别不同差别十分巨大，目前存在的药片大多是胶囊和片状结构，在对药片的包装过程中，往往要对药片进行定量的包装，主要有瓶装和盒装两种方式。由于医疗制药行业要求比较严格，对药片的过程性控制比较强，早些传统的人工分装的形式不可避免的造成二次污染，不仅不卫生极有可能对患者造成二次伤害。所以本次设计通过自动控制理论设计一种自动的药片灌瓶机的系统，具有十分重要的意义。
本次设计采用西门子S7-200小型PLC作为主要的控制元件，通过置位复位和起保停电路、顺序控制的方式对程序进行编程，设计了一种药片灌瓶机的PLC控制系统。通过对硬件和软件的设计，满足现今控制行业药片灌瓶的使用要求。最后对程序进行模拟调试，在不断的调试和修改过程中，使程序更加完美，达到最佳的工作状态。

Abstract
At present, in the pharmaceutical industry, the types and quantities of tablets vary greatly. Most of the tablets that exist today are capsules and sheet structures. In the process of packaging tablets, tablets are often packaged quantitatively. There are mainly two ways of bottling and boxed. Due to the strict requirements of the medical and pharmaceutical industry, the process-oriented control of tablets is relatively strong, and the form of the earlier traditional artificial separation inevitably causes secondary pollution, which is not only unhygienic but also likely to cause secondary harm to patients. Therefore, the design of this automatic control theory to design an automatic pill bottle machine system, has very important significance.
This design uses Siemens s7-200 small PLC as the main control element, programming the program by way of placement reset, guarantee stop circuit and order control, and designing a PLC control system for tablet bottling machine. Through the hardware and software design, to meet the current control industry pill bottle use requirements. Finally, the program is simulated and debugged, and in the process of continuous debugging and modification, the program is more perfect and the best working state is achieved.
