摘要
随着汽车产业的蓬勃发展,汽车用具也日新月异。千斤顶是车辆使用过程中的必备工具之一,能够很方便的实现轮胎的应急更换等工作。为了节省空间且方便实用,千斤顶既要小巧便携,还要实用方便,省时省力。本次对液压千斤顶进行分析设计,详细了解其结构特点,并不断优化,进一步提高千斤顶的实用性等具有非常重要的现实意义。
本次设计通过全面了解千斤顶的实用要求,主要类型、结构特点及工作原理等,掌握千斤顶的主要特点,明确现有千斤顶的结构原理,对液压千斤顶进行原理明确。本次设计将首先分析了解了千斤顶的主要工作特点和结构类型等,并对千斤顶的优缺点进行了分析,明确了本次的设计内容和目标,然后对液压千斤顶的工作特点,结构形式等进行全面掌握和了解,了解液压千斤顶的机构原理图和结构简图等。该液压千斤顶主要是通过连通器原理和液压原理进行工作,小液压缸提供动力泵油,推动大液压缸举升,从而实现省力的作用。然后对设计的液压千斤顶的主要结构进行计算校核,保证设计的可靠性。在已有设计的基础上完成液压千斤顶的二维工程图。此次设计通过正向的分析和研究,全面了解掌握设计原理和设计方法。

Abstract
With thevigorous development of the automotive industry, automotive appliances are also changing. Jack is one of the necessary tools in the process ofvehicle use, can easily achieve the emergency replacement of tires and so on. In order to save space and convenient and practical, the jack is both small and portable, but also practical and convenient, saving time and effort. This analysis and design of hydraulic jack, a detailed understanding of its structural characteristics, and continue to optimize and further enhance the practicality of the jack, and so hasvery important practical significance.
