CA6140型车床主轴设计及建模仿真

摘要:CA6140型车床是一种典型的车削切削机床,它十分广泛的在机械加工行业中应用。它是一种卧式加工机床。机床的主轴是车床的主要运动部件。主轴组件质量直接关系到机床的加工精度。
本次设计主要针对于CA6140主轴传动系统的设计,主要采用理论计算及cad软件和3D软件辅助同时进行设计的方法。通过计算建模并仿真,主传动部分所作的工作包括:主传动电机的选择,带轮的计算。以及各个传动齿轮、轴、轴承、主轴、计算和校核。根据计算的结果,利用3D软件进行主传动系统的建模,软件绘制主轴箱的装配图,创建主轴箱中重要部分的三维实体建模。进行动态仿真。得出结论验证CA6140主传动系统的计算是否准确,各部分有无干涉。

Abstract

The CA6140 lathe is a typical turning and cutting machine. It iswidely used in the machining industry. It is a horizontal machining machine. The spindle of the machine is the main moving part of the lathe. The quality of the spindle assembly is directly related to the machining accuracy of the machine tool.

This design mainly focuses on the design of the CA6140 spindle drive system. It mainly uses theoretical calculations and cad software and 3D software-assisted simultaneous design methods. Through computational modeling and simulation, thework done by the main drive section includes: selection of the main drive motor and calculation of the pulley. Andvarious transmission gears, shafts, bearings, spindles, calculations and check. Based on the results of the calculation, the 3D software is used to model the main drive system, the software is used to draw the assembly diagram of the spindle box, and 3D solid modeling of important parts in the spindle box is created. Perform dynamic simulation. Draw conclusions toverify CA6140 main drive system calculation is accurate,whether the interference of each part.
