摘要
套丝机壳体是套丝机上重要的支承零件,支承安装在套丝机上面的零部件,为套丝机的正常工作提供支撑。该零件其材料选择HT200灰铸铁,这种材料铸造性能良好,具有较好的切削性能,耐磨性都相当不错,弹性很好,可以对很多比较复杂工件进行铸造。本次毕设需要完成工件加工工艺还有镗Ф166孔的加工。
在对加工工艺设计之前,需要完成了工件作用,构造还有加工要求的分析,对工件制造方式,生产方式等进行了确定,确定加工余量并绘制出毛坯图。选择了2个加工工艺路线,确定了最为合理的一种,填写了加工工艺过程卡。计算了切削用量和加工的工时,填写了加工工序卡。
对零件分析后发现,该零件镗Ф166孔需设计一套镗床专用夹具对其进行加工。依据定位原理和夹紧装置的设计要求,设计了加工本工序的定位和夹紧方案,依据方案选择了相应的原件,设计了夹具体以便和机床连接,设计了镗模座以便安装导向装置镗套,最后画了夹具装配图还有非标零件图。

Abstract
The Threading Machine Shell is an important supporting part on the Threading Machine, supporting the components mounted on the Threading Machine to provide support for the normal operation of the Threading Machine. The material of this part is HT200 gray cast iron. This material has good casting performance, good cutting performance, goodwear resistance and good elasticity. It can cast many complicatedworkpieces. This time, it is necessary to complete theworkpiece processing process and the processing of镗Ф166 holes.
Before designing the machining process, it is necessary to complete theworkpiece action, the structure and the analysis of the machining requirements, determine the manufacturing method and production mode of theworkpiece, determine the machining allowance and draw the blank drawing. Two processing routeswere selected to determine the most reasonable one, and the process cardwas filled out. The machining amount and the processing timewere calculated, and the machining process cardwas filled out.
After analyzing the parts, it is found that the镗Ф 166 hole of the part needs to be designedwith a special clamp for the boring machine. According to the positioning principle and the design requirements of the clamping device, the positioning and clamping scheme of the machining processwas designed. The corresponding original partswere selected according to the scheme. The clipswere designed to connectwith the machine tool, and the die holderwas designed to install the guiding device. In the end, the fixture assembly drawing and the non-standard part drawing are drawn.
