摘要
本工程为沉阳市嘉禾宾馆，位于沉阳市东陵区。抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基准
期50年。基本风压0.50kN/m2，基本雪压为0.4kN/m2。
本工程占地面积约1800平方米左右，建筑面积6800平方米。本建筑共五层，底层层高4.2米，其他3.9米，总高度20.7米，室内外高差为0.45米，女儿墙高0.9米，外墙厚300mm。内墙厚160mm，轻质隔墙厚86mm。建筑平面呈四方形，总长度为63.3米，总宽度为21.9米。建筑立面规整，采用大理石装饰外墙。除正面中门为玻璃门外，其余均采用实木门，窗为塑钢窗。本工程结构形式为钢框架——支撑结构体系，柱采用HW型钢，一层边柱截面3503001219，二到三层3003001015，四到五层3002501012，中柱一层3943981118二到三层3503501219，四到五层3503001219。梁采用HM型钢，6米跨梁截面340250914，9米跨梁截面4403001118，基础用C25混凝土，建筑地点地质条件良好，采用柱下独立基础.纵向设置支撑，支撑杠件采用双角钢，用焊缝连接。设计严格遵守我国现行规范，计算中包括荷载计算，内力组合，基础设计及验算，柱，梁的强度验算和整体稳定验算，楼梯设计等。

Abstract
The project is the Hotel of Shen Yang JiaHewhich located in the DongLing district of Shenyang city. The seismic of fortification intensity of this building is grade 7. The design reference period is fiftyyears. The reference snow pressure is 0.4kN/m2 and the referencewind pressure is 0.50kN/m2
The areas covered by this engineering are 1800 square meterswhich own five stores. The total building areas are 6800 square meters. The height of the first stores is 4.2m and the others are 3.9m.Total height is 21.9 meters. The elevation of indoor ground is higher than the outside for 0.45m.The height of parapet is 0.9m.The thickness of the outsidewall is 300mm and the innerwall is 160mm.The lightweight innerwall is 86mm.The shape of the building plan is rectangle. The total length is 63.3m and totalwidth is 21.95m.The outward form of building is formal. The outsidewall is decoratedwith marble. The middle front door is glass door and the others are solidwood doors. All thewindows are plastic-steelwindows.
The structural form of this engineering is steel framewith bracing. All columns are HW profiled bar.The cross sections of the first layer side-column are 3503001219,both second and third’s are 3003001015,the forth and fifth’s are 3002501012. The cross section of the first layer middle-column are 3943981118,the second and third’s 3503501219,the forth and fifth’s are 3503001219.All beams are HM profiled bar.The cross sections of the 6m spans are 340250914 and the 9m spans’ are 4403001118.For the soil condition of the building site is good, so the foundation of column is independent foundation under columnwith the concrete of C25 for every column. The bracings that made of double angle irons are mounted in the portrait frames and the bracing angle irons are connectedwith frames bywelding line.
The design strictly compliedwith the currently used code of our country. The calculation includes the calculation of the load, the composition of internal forces. the design and checking computations of the foundation,the strength and the overall stability of the columns and beams, the calculation of stairs. 宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。一滴汗水，一份收获。在三个月的设计当中，我收获许多也感慨许多！设计是对四年大学学习生活的一次检测，也是对大学所学知识综合运用的一次拉练。其目的就是为了融会贯通我们在各个阶段的学习成果。通过设计，可以培养我们综合运用基础理论、基本知识和基本技能，分析和解决实际问题的能力。，
随着我经济的不断发展和工业生产制造能力的不断提高，钢结构建筑越来越多的出现在我们的视野当中，而且在今后的建筑领域中钢结构的应用会出现得越来越多，是建筑业的一大趋势，所以本次设计我选择钢结构，题目是沉阳市嘉禾宾馆。刚开始时自己对宾馆的设计茫无头绪，不知从何做起。在经过数次设计讲座，实地参观和指导老师的精心指导后，我对建筑设计才有了比较清晰的认识。看似一座四四方方，简简单单建筑，设计起来要考虑很多方面的要求——采光，人体工学，抗震，建筑，结构等！！是一个系统的工程。
在这三个月的设计中，有老师的殷勤指导，同学的帮助关心，更有自己的勤学好问，使自己不断的获得充实。倾以全力的去应对每个问题，绘制自己的蓝图，谱写自己的篇章。看着自己的作品越来越完整的展现在自己的眼前，表现在自己的手中，一种成就感和自豪感油然而生。四年的学习是完成了量的积累，三个月的设计成就了质的飞跃。的脚步声越来越近，离去的钟声即将敲响，我可谓是百感交急，因为我深深的知道我还有很多的缺点和不足需要在以后的学习
改正。感谢老师谆谆教导，同学的热心帮助，我将在以后的工作学习当中不断的完善自己，谱写人生新篇章。
