摘要
此次设计融入了期间学的一些重要理论知识，如机床的转速、进给量以及加工余量和刀具等参数的选用，同时也注意到要考虑有关零件加工时的表面精度和位置精度要求。
此次毕设包括了换挡拨叉零件的工艺编制、拨叉专用夹具的设计以及设计说明书的撰写。
加工工艺和夹具设计是目前工厂生产过程中的重要流程，加工工艺包括机械加工工艺流程、各工序的加工参数等内容，好的机械加工工艺可以充分简化加工流程，提高工件加工质量。夹具设计是工艺流程的一部分，它是工艺装备的重要组成部分，是除了机床以外最重要的工艺辅助装备。

Abstract
