九吨级驱动桥主减速器设计

摘要:主减速器、差速器、半轴和桥壳是驱动桥内部组成最重要的四个部分,我们都知道,驱动桥其最重要也是其最基础的功能,是为了能够增大从传动轴变速器两方面所传来的转矩,然后再把转矩分配给所需的驱动车轮使用,让驱动车轮具有我们想要的那种差速功能;此外,其还要具有能经受各种力或者力矩的能力。
作为汽车最重要的组成部分,驱动桥的好与不好将会直接影响我们设计汽车的整体性能,而对于大型载货汽车来说,其就会显得更加重要。为了能达到汽车在重载的高效率和高效益,我们要为汽车安装一个具有高效率的驱动桥。而我们还应考虑其地的一些问题,比如其最小离地间隙,所以我们设计时的齿轮要小些。判断各种原因后,本次设计我决定选用一款双级主减速器,参照我们传统的设计方法来进行。本设计我的首要目标,就是确定的设计部件的结构和参数;我又参考了其他主减速器结构,给出了本次总体设计方案;最后,我还为主、从动锥齿轮也进行了使用寿命的校核工作。本次设计决定选用圆弧锥齿轮来作为汽车的主减速器。

Design of the main reducer of nine ton drive axle

As one of the four major automobile drive axle assembly, its performancewill have a direct impact onvehicle performance, and it is particularly important for the truck. When a large high-power engine torque output to meet the current truck fast, heavy load high efficiency, need high efficiency, must be an efficient and reliable collocation drive bridge. Considering there must be sufficient ground clearance, the size of the internal gear drive axle can not be too large, so a two-stage main reducer. According to the traditional design method of main drive axle reducer of 9 ton truck drive axle main reducer design. Firstly, determine the main structure type the main components and To design parameters; and then refer to the similar driving axle main reducer structure, determine the overall design plan; at the end of the main, driven bevel gear check the life-span. This paper does not use the traditional hypoid gear as truck main reducer, instead of using the arc bevel gear.
