折页盒注塑模具设计
摘要:本设计依据工件图进行工艺性分析，进而确定了设计方案，计算出模具工作部分的尺寸，设计出工作零部件；然后依据设计要求选择出各个标准零部件，然后设计出模具的总装配图。在设计中，最重要的就是设计方案的确定、坯料的计算和选取以及工作零部件的设计，这是设计的关键，这些设计的正确与否直接关系到成本的高低和设计模具能否正常工作。设计过程中首先分析设计任务书中产品二维图，对产品进行造型设计，然后通过对产品的特征分析确定模具设计的思路。最后根据产品模型，运用UG6.0中Moid Wizard模块对连接座模具进行设计。

Abstract:This text is carryon the craft to analyse according to thework piece picture,and then has confirmed the design plan,calculate out mouldwork some size,design the job s-pare part; Then choose each standard spare part according to the designing requirement,then design the total installation diagram of the mould.In the design,the important one is sureness of the design plan,calculation and choosing andworking the design of the spare part of the blank,this is the keyto designing,whether these ones that are designed involve directlyor not correctlywhether the level of the cost and design mould couldworknormally.First the design process analysis and design tasks products 2D map book,the product modeling design,Then the characteristics of the product analysis mold design ideas.Finally,according to product model,which use UG6.0 Moid Wizard module to connect Block mold design.Focus reflects the UG4.0/Moid Wizard module of the application.
