摘要

车削加工是金属切削加工中最重要的工序之一，在机械制造业中占重要地位。车刀刀刃的质量对加工工件的质量有着很大的影响。然而手工刃磨车刀的难度很大，需要专门的知识和多年的经验。为此设计了车刀刃磨机。本刀具刃磨机由两大部分组成，分别是磨刀头装置和刀具固定架装置。磨刀头装置可以上下左右移动，还可以调节磨刀头的角度。刀具固定架装置可以调节刀具的安装角度，整个刀具还可以实现微动进给。通过上述分析，设计出一台结构简单，操作方便，价格低廉的小型车刀刃磨机。

Abstract

Turning processing is one of the most important processes in metal cutting, occupy the important position in the machinery manufacturing industry. Have a great influence on the quality of tool blade machining. However, hand grinding tool is very difficult, need the special knowledge and experience. This design of cutting machine. The tool grinding machine is composed of two parts, respectively is the knife head device and tool holder device. Grinding head device can move around from top to bottom, also can adjust the knife head angle. The installation angle of the cutter holder device can adjust the tool, the tool also can realize micro feeding. Through the above analysis, design a platform has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, small cars cheap knife mill.
