本文系统地对基于二次调节的减速器试验加载系统进行了分析,建立了用于频域分析的传递函数模型,对减速器模拟加载系统的刚度特性进行了分析,设计及校核减速器模拟加载试验台
该试验主要设计驱动变速箱的轴和齿轮等零部件,并对它们做了校核;还建立了较为精确的系统数学模型,得出许多有参考价值的结论,为进一步完善和提高二次调节加载技术提供了依据。

ABSTRACT
Regarding the new design manufacture reduction gear, needs to use the special fixed test platform to carry on the loading test to it, examines each operating performance and the reliable target whether satisfies requests. The reduction gear is uses in between the prime mover and the working machine independence seal transmission device.
To based on the reduction gear loading system which two times adjusts carries on the thorough theoretical analysis, establishes the reduction gear loading system the mathematical model, and draws up the block diagram; The reduction gear experiment loading system mainly divides into open style and the enclosed two big kinds. In which carries on thoroughly studies the development survey which two adjustment loading system the goal and the significance, the principle and the application, two times adjust.
In constant voltage network,by adjusting the secondary component swashplate angle plate to change secondary component displacement,second-conditioning system meet the change of torque of the load (institutions), thereby enabling load changes according to the set law changes. The gearbox loading system based on secondary regulation system has been analysed systematically in this paper. Transmission function used for frequency domain analysis has been set up and the stiffness characteristics of the gearbox simulation loading system has been analysed,and then the gearbox simulation loading test-bed is design and verified.
Shafts , gears and other parts of the driven gearbox are mainly designed in the trial, and then they are verifid; Also establish a more accurate mathematical model of the system, and draw many conclusions of valuable reference. Provide a basis for further refining and improving secondary regulation loading technology.
