变速器换挡叉加工工艺规程及铣削M10螺纹孔端面夹具设计

摘要

本次变速器换挡叉设计内容涉及机械设计,夹具设计,机械制图,工艺设计,AutoCAD、机,钻床夹具设计,械制造基础、钻床加工实例、公差调配,与测量技术、等多方面的知识。
变速器换挡叉加工工艺及夹具设计包括对零件的工艺分析,制定工艺过程卡和工序卡,专用夹具设计等三大部分。本设计主要研究变速器换挡叉的零件结构,主要是以加工工艺和夹具设计来说明。首先对零件图纸进行分析理解,明确零件的各个尺寸,精度生产类型等要素,然后再进行零件毛坯的选用,接着对零件进行工艺过程分析,然后计算出切削用量夹紧力等要素,最后再根据加工工艺工序设计出相应的夹具。

Abstract

The turbine pump body graduation design content involves the mechanical design, fixture design, mechanical drawing, process design, AutoCAD, machine, boring machine fixture design, machinery manufacturing base, boring process instance, tolerance matching and interchangeability and measuring technology, and other aspects of knowledge.
The end cover graduation design content involves the mechanical design, fixture design, mechanical drawing, process design, AutoCAD, machine, drilling machine fixture design, machinery manufacturing base, drilling process instance, tolerance matching, interchangeability and measuring technology, and other aspects of knowledge.
End cover processing technology and the borehole drilling jig design, the design includes the parts of process analysis, formulation process and process, three most special fixture design, etc. This design mainly study the end cover parts structure, mainly to the processing schemes and fixture design. First analyze the drawings and determine the parts of each size, type of production elements such as accuracy, and then to make the selection of blank parts, then carries on the process analysis of parts, and then calculate the cutting dosage clamping force and other factors, and then according to the processing craft process to design the corresponding fixture.
