摘要
本次设计的主要任务是对洗手液瓶盖模具的设计，也就是设计一副注塑模具来生产洗手液瓶盖的塑件产品，以实现自动化提高产量。该课题从产品结构工艺性，具体模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核、都有详细的设计。本次设计的主要难点有：由于塑件的洗手液瓶盖外壁上有螺纹，考虑自动脱螺纹机构，因而模具结构较复杂，零件采用流动性比较好的PP材料。

The design of the injection mold for liquid soap cover
Abstract
This graduation design is the main task of the injector of detergent mould design, also is to design a pair of injection mold to produce detergent spray nozzle plastic product, in order to realize the automation to increase production. The subject from the product structure craft, specific die structure, the mould gating system, molding part of the structure, the ejector system, cooling system, selection of injection molding machine and related parameters of checking, there are detailed design. The main difficulties of this design are: as a result of the wall outside the detergent plastic nozzle with screw thread, considering automatically take off thread mechanism, and the die structure is complex, parts with good liquidity PP materials.
