转速器盘零件的加工工艺及夹具设计
摘要
工艺规程是工装设计、制造和确定零件加工方法与加工路线的主要依据,他对组织生产、保证产品质量、提高劳动生辰率、降低成本、缩短生产周期及改善劳动条件等都有着直接的影响,因此是一项关键工作。夹具在机械加工中起着重要的作用,他直接影响这机械加工的质量,生产效率和成本,因此,夹具设计是机械工艺准备和施工中的一项重要工作。本文对转速器盘的结构和工艺进行分析,确定了机械加工工艺路线,制定出了零件的铸造工艺方案和机械加工工艺规程,并为加工零件上钻直径10mm的孔和铣120°的圆弧平面各设计了一套专用夹具。

Abstract
Process planning is equipment design, manufacture and determine the main basis of parts processing methods and processing routes, he to organize production, to ensure product quality, improve labor birth rate, reduce cost, shorten production cycle and improve working conditions and so on all have a direct impact, therefore is a key work. Fixture plays an important role in the mechanical processing, he directly affect the machining quality and production efficiency and cost, therefore, fixture design is an important work in mechanical technology preparation and construction. Device in this paper, the rotating speed of the structure and process analysis, to determine the machining process, make the parts of casting process and machining process planning, and for processing parts on drilling and milling 10 mm diameter hole 120 ° arc plane each design a set of special fixture.
