在日常生活中,烧饼作为一种受欢迎的传统食品,市场上一直有着广泛的需求。烧饼对于餐桌上的食物也是必不可少的食品,而大部分的烧饼加工起来是要经过很多工序,而其中最费时费力的就是烧饼的成型。对于烧饼成型若全部用人工来进行制作,将会严重影响烧饼的生产效率,并且还需要一个一个去进行加工成型,费力、费时。烧饼成型机构是对烧饼是对食品加工小店进一步打造智能制造的一种快速制造烧饼成型的设备,人工生产已经不适应当今社会的发展。所以,设计一款烧饼成型机构对快速制造烧饼是很有必要的。
本次设计的烧饼成型机构主要由传送装置、控制系统、成型装置以及防尘罩机构组成,面团通过小型皮带输送机输送至成型装置下方,此时驱动装置气缸活塞杆伸缩带动成型装置对面团做成型工作。此次设计中查阅近几年有关烧饼成型机构设计专利、期刊和,根据其实际的应用效果设计优良的设计思路和方案,初拟总体设计方案。设计动力传动装置,选择驱动电机,对烧饼传动系统,确定合适的带型号,对传动系统的零部件尺寸,进行受力校核。对烧饼成型系统,对成型系统的零部件尺寸,进行受力校核。对整体构件的设计,完成烧饼成型机构装配图及主要零部件图绘制。

Abstract
In daily life, as a popular traditional food, Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) has always been in wide demand in the market. Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) is also an essential food for the food on the table, and most of Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) needs many processes to process, and the most time-consuming and laborious one is the molding of Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle). If all Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) are made manually, the production efficiency of Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) will be seriously affected, and they need to be processed one by one, which is laborious and time-consuming. Artificial production has not adapted to the development of today's society. Therefore, it is necessary to design a Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) forming mechanism for rapid manufacturing of Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle).
The Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) forming mechanism designed in this design is mainly composed of a conveying device, a driving device, a forming device and a dust cover mechanism. Noodles are conveyed to the lower part of the forming device through a small belt conveyor. At this time, the cylinder piston rod of the driving device telescopes to drive the forming device to shape the dough. In this design, the patents, journals and papers related to the design of Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) forming mechanism in recent years were consulted, and the excellent design ideas and schemes were designed according to the actual application effect, and the overall design scheme was initially drafted. Design the power transmission device, select the drive motor, determine the appropriate belt model for the Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) transmission system, and check the force on the size of the parts of the transmission system. For the Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) forming system, check the force on the size of the parts of the forming system. For the design of the overall components, complete the assembly drawing of the Shaobing (Baked cake in griddle) forming mechanism and the drawing of the main parts.
