倾转翼飞机倾转驱动机构设计

摘要
倾转翼飞机其结构主要包括旋翼轴、旋转发动机、摆动发动机、摆动传动系等。具有一般的飞机所不具有的机动性和灵活性,因此被广泛的应用于军事和民用领域,是未来先进航空器进步的一种方向。
本次设计结合所给的性能指标参数,拟定了一种倾转翼飞机倾转机构的总体设计方案,详细计算倾转翼飞机倾转驱动机构中各个部件性能参数,确定各个部件的几何结构尺寸以及确定出各部分零件的主要结构参数,具有实际意义。

Design of tilting drive mechanism for a tilting wing aircraft
Abstract
Tilting wing aircraft is a new type of aircraft which integrates fixed wing and helicopter. It has the ability of normal helicopter to take off and land vertically and hover in the air. It also has the ability of high-speed cruise of turboprop aircraft and has strong maneuverability. Its structure mainly includes rotor shaft, rotary engine, swing engine, swing transmission system, etc.
In this design, combined with the given performance index parameters, the overall design scheme of the tilting mechanism of the tilting wing aircraft is drawn up. The performance parameters of each component in the tilting driving mechanism of the tilting wing aircraft are calculated in detail, and the geometric structure dimensions of each component and the main structural parameters of each part are determined, which has practical significance.
