单级双吸式离心泵结构设计CAD+SOLIDWORK+说明书

摘要

泵是现代人类社会中不可缺少的一部分，它在我们知道或不知道的地方发挥着重要的作用，给我们的生活带来便利。有液体流动的地方，可能就有泵在发挥着作用。泵的利用随着科技的发展，深入到各项领域。在看到泵应用如此广泛的同时，提高泵的性能，降低能耗也是泵的发展所面对的问题。离心泵在实际使用过程中，需要合理选用轴封，并定期检查。当轴封选用不当或密封装置出现问题时，会造成输送的液体泄漏，造成浪费；同时若所运输的液体为易燃易爆有毒液体，还会有严重的安全隐患。
在本次设计中，由于杨程较低，流量较高，转速较低，故选用单级双吸式离心泵。在考虑汽蚀余量、电机效率、密封性等要求下，选用泵的关键部件的尺寸大小和轴封方案，并对其进行强度校核。采用机械密封进行轴封，设计出工作效率高，密封性好的离心泵。此离心泵适用于水（0°C~100°C）、海水、汽油等一般流体。

Where there is a liquid flow, there may be a pump in the play. Pump utilization with the development of science and technology, in-depth to the field. In the sight of the pump application so wide at the same time, improve the pump performance, reduce energy consumption is also the development of the pump face problems. Centrifugal pump in actual use, reasonable selection of seal needs, and regularly check. When the axial seal selection of inappropriate or sealing equipment problems, will cause the leakage of liquid delivery, resulting in waste; at the same time if the transport of liquid for flammable, explosive and toxic liquid, there will be serious security risks.
