摘要
大蒜是我国的主要调味品之一,人们日常使用较大,但是薄薄的蒜皮和蒜仁粘合紧密,蒜皮又很光滑,剥起来非常费事。目前大部分食堂、饭店的大蒜分办脱皮工作都是手工完成的。另外在很多地方,特别是我国北方,还需要用到蒜片和蒜泥。这些工作费时、费力、效率低、且工作环境差。多功能自动剥蒜机能实现大蒜分办、脱皮、切片、和捣蒜泥等功能,存在很好的市场前景,具有较高的推广应用价值。
多功能自动剥蒜机能实现大蒜分办、脱皮、切片、和捣蒜泥等功能。分瓣剥皮装置带轮I带动滚筒I和滚筒II转动,将大蒜吞噬,由于两滚筒之间的缝隙比大蒜小,故并通过的大蒜会被滚筒挤压出蒜瓣,其中蒜皮通过风机吸走。切片机构有下列几个机构组成:刀盘旋转传动系统,刀盘径向固定和刀盘轴向调整,剪切形状通过改变送料口的形状来调整,剪切宽度的调整实际上就是对机架的距离调整。使用220V家用单相电供电,切片可任意调节厚薄,切片功效高。捣蒜泥装置的组成主要包括三大机构:驱动机构,送料机构,输送机构,驱动机构的主要作用是利用电机驱动带传动从而使捣蒜泥机构工作驱动机构主要由电机,皮带轮,减速器,机架等组成。送料机构的主要作用是将大蒜输送到输送机构,并在前端挤压大蒜。

Abstract
Garlic is one of the main condiments in our country. People use it in daily life, but the thin garlic skin and the garlic kernel are closely bound, and the garlic skin is very smooth, so it is very difficult to peel. At present, most of the garlic peeling work in canteens and restaurants is done by hand. In addition, in many places, especially in the north of China, garlic slices and mashed garlic are also needed. These jobs are time-consuming, laborious, inefficient and work environment is poor. The multi-function automatic garlic peeling machine can realize the functions of garlic separation, peeling, slicing, and mashing.
The utility model has the functions of multi-functional automatic garlic peeling, which can realize the functions of dividing, peeling, slicing and mashing garlic. The belt pulley I of the split peeling device drives the rotation of the drum I and the drum II to swallow up the garlic. Because the gap between the two drums is smaller than that of the garlic, the garlic that passes through the two drums will be squeezed out by the drum, and the garlic will be absorbed by the fan. The slicing mechanism is composed of the following mechanisms: the rotating transmission system of the cutter head, the radial fixation of the cutter head and the axial adjustment of the cutter head. The shear shape is adjusted by changing the shape of the feeding port. The adjustment of the shear width is actually the adjustment of the distance of the rack. Using 220V household single-phase electric power supply, slice can adjust thickness arbitrarily, slice efficiency is high. The main function of the driving mechanism is to use the motor to drive the belt so that the driving mechanism is mainly composed of motor, pulley, reducer, frame, etc. The main function of the feeding mechanism is to transport the garlic to the conveying mechanism and extrude the garlic at the front end.
