摘要
机床作为实体经济中元素。因此机床有着无语伦比的地位在国民经济中。随着经济的高速发展,市场对钻床的研发和发展提出了很高的要求,因此我们有必要对钻床进行进一步的研究。钻床在机械制造业有很大的影响,在工件的加工过程中,有很多工序都要用到钻床,而有一部分工件的工序又对钻床提出了更高的要求,这也使得我们对钻床进行更高技术的改造。
多轴箱的设计是为了保证动力的传输,以适应机床的加工,保证了加工符合要求的零件起了很大作用。
18世纪末,随着蒸汽时代的到来,动力源不仅仅依靠人类的体力,这使得钻床得到革命性的突破。21世纪的到来,实际市场对钻床再一次提出更高的要求,也使的钻床在时代的大背景下又将面临机遇与挑战。
传统的单作用钻床完全不能完成社会市场的需求。因此我们不得不研发高效率,高精度的钻床。双作用钻床他满足了市场的实际需求,并大大的缩短了传统钻床的加工时间。
双作用钻头钻床他的总体结构主要由电动机减速箱,多轴箱等组成。电动机是整个钻床的动力来源,他支撑起整个系统的运转,起着至关重要的作用。减速箱是为了满足钻头的转速能够达到加工工件实际所需的转速,这对工件的加工是至关重要的。多轴箱是为了提高加工效率,由于传统钻床不能满足日益高速发展的市场的需求,所以在改进传统钻床的基础上我们提出双作用钻头同时钻孔,这也就引出多轴箱的设计。
整个设计书主要是从五个方面着手,连杆组合机床结构设计,多轴箱的设计、传动系统减速箱的设计、传动系统电机的选用。

Abstract
Machine tools are an element of the real economy.So machine tools have unparalleled position in the national economy.With the rapid development of economy, the market has put forward high requirements for the development and development of drilling machines, so it is necessary for us to carry out further research on drilling machines.Drilling machine in the machinery manufacturing industry has a great influence, in the process of work piece processing, there are many processes are used drilling machine, and part of the workpiece process and puts forward higher requirements on drilling machine, it also makes us to higher technical transformation of drilling machine.
The design of the multi-axle box is to ensure the transmission of power, to adapt to the machine tool processing, ensuring that the processing of the required parts played a significant role.
In the late 18th century, with the advent of the steam age, the power source not only depended on human strength, which led to a revolutionary breakthrough in drilling machines.With the advent of the 21st century, the actual market has once again put forward higher requirements for drilling machines, which will bring opportunities and challenges to drilling machines in the context of The Times.
Traditional single - acting drilling machines cannot meet the needs of the social market.So we have to develop efficient, high precision drilling machines.Double acting drilling machines meet the actual market demand and greatly shorten the processing time of traditional drilling machines.
The overall structure of the double-acting drill drilling machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, multi-axle box, etc.The motor is the power source of the whole drilling machine. It supports the operation of the whole system and plays a vital role.The speed reducer is designed to meet the speed of the bit to meet the actual speed of the workpiece, which is very important for the workpiece processing.Spindle box is in order to improve the machining efficiency, due to the traditional drilling machine can't meet the needs of the rapid development of market, so the improvement on the basis of traditional drilling
machine we proposed double-acting drill hole at the same time, it also leads to the design of spindle box.
The whole design book mainly starts from five aspects structural design of connecting rod combination machine tool, design of multi-axle box, design of drive system decelerator and selection of drive system motor.
