焊枪自动调整装置的结构设计与分析
摘要
本设计是在仔细研究了生产实际对焊枪自动调整功能的需要上,设计了一种经过直线模组构造完成焊枪摆动功能的摆动器,摆动器实现了在Y方向和Z方向的自由移动,在末端安装焊枪,焊接的状态下焊枪能够在焊缝外表左右上下摆动,摆动的幅度与摆动的频率可以调节,完成焊枪左右上下摆动的功能,在这个基础上实现了焊枪的自动调整,本文详细介绍了摆动器装置和焊枪的结构和功能。在自动化生产焊接的要求下,焊接专机需要装配送丝机构,在送丝盘上设计一个送丝架,实现自动送丝,焊丝类型及送丝速度决定焊缝的宽度,因为调整送丝速度来调整焊缝宽度有限,直线焊接很简单不能满足不同的焊接工件焊接工艺的需求。为了改善不同焊缝的表面,多道焊接不同焊层的焊接品质,让自动焊接设备能够适应各种工件的厚度及工艺生产要求,必须要设计一种焊枪自动调整装置。

Abstract
This design is based on the need of the automatic adjustment function of thewelding torch in the production, and a kind of swing device is designed to complete the swing function of thewelding torch through the construction of the linear module, the swing device can move freely iny direction andz direction, thewelding torch is installed at the end, thewelding torch can swing up and down in thewelding seam surface in thewelding state, the swing amplitude and the swing frequency can be adjusted, on the basis of the function of the left and right up and down swing of thewelding torch, the automatic adjustment of thewelding torch is realized. Under the requirement of automatic productionwelding, the specialwelding machine needs to assemble thewire feeding mechanism. Awire feeding frame is designed on thewire feeding plate to realize automaticwire feeding, because adjustingwire feed speed to adjust theweldwidth is limited, linearwelding isvery simple can not meet the needs of differentweldingworkpiecewelding process. In order to improve thewelding quality of differentweld surfaces, multi-passwelding of differentwelding layers, so that the automaticwelding equipment can adapt to the thickness ofvariousworkpiece and process production requirements, it is necessary to design an automatic adjusting device forwelding torch.
