典型塑料罩盖外壳的注塑模具设计-注射模
摘要
通过对某塑件罩盖外壳的结构及相关参数特征分析，设计出该塑件的模具。在整个模具设计过程中，涉及到了塑件的结构设计、对塑件进行注塑机和模架的选择及注塑机的一些重要工艺参数的校核，并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计、浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、斜顶机构设计和冷却系统设计，最后还对成型零件制订加工工艺方案。
在模具设计过程中，采用了UG/NX、AutoCAD等着名的设计分析软件，采用这些软件进行设计分析，优化了设计的参数和缩短了设计时间，提高了设计效率。
通过整个模具设计，本人已经能够熟练地使用当前常用的设计分析软件，学会了根据计算或者依据经验选择一些参数,增加了对精密注塑模具的了解。

Abstract
The mold of the plastic part is designed by analyzing the structure and related parameters of the shell of a plastic part. During the whole mold design process, the structure design of the plastic parts, the selection of the injection molding machine and the mold frame for the plastic parts and some important process parameters of the injection molding machine are checked. The design of the mould, the design of the gating system, the design of the parts of the molding, the design of the inclined top mechanism and the design of the cooling system are described in detail. Finally, the processing plan is made for forming parts.
In the process of mould design, the famous design analysis software such as UG/NX and AutoCAD is adopted. The software is used for design and analysis. The parameters of the design are optimized and the design time is shortened, and the efficiency of the design is improved.
Through the entire mold design, I have been able to skillfully use the current commonly used design analysis software, and learn to choose some parameters according to the calculation or experience, and to increase the understanding of the precision injection mold.
