三孔连杆零件机加工工艺设计(含铣削三孔端面的铣床夹具设计)
摘要
连杆是机械应用领域中常用的部件之一。这设计主要介绍了普通连杆的加工工艺及其夹具设计。主要内容有普通连杆的作用、选材、毛坯的制造方法、连杆的技术要求、加工工艺路线的制定、加工设备的选择,刀具、量具,切削用量的选择计算等,并设计出一套加工连杆的的专用夹具,最终达到零件的技术要求。通过制定连杆加工工和设计夹具为工人加工连杆提供了依据。而我要设计的三孔连杆工艺规程的设计是从零件图开始对零件的加工工艺进行了分析,并通过查表、计算对毛坯材料、制造方法等进行选择确定。然后根据定位基准的选择原则和所要求的加工精度,确定加工基准和加工方法。并最终确定加工工艺路线。参阅有关技术手册计算确定三孔连杆的机械加工余量、工序尺寸和毛坯尺寸并绘制出了毛坯图,确定加机床和工艺装备,计算其相关加工工序的切削用量并制作了加工工序卡片。最后,根据加工要素设计了专用夹具,以便加工合格的三孔连杆产品。

Abstract
Link is one commonly used in mechanical applications components. This design introduces a common link and fixture design process, the main content of ordinary material, connecting rod, connecting rod blank production method, the technical requirements and processing craft route formulation, processing equipment, cutting tools and measuring tools, cutting the amount of calculation, and design a set of processing link special fixture, and ultimately achieve the technicalrequirements of parts. Through the development of the connecting rod processing technology and fixture design and providesa basis for theworking process of connecting rod. Iwant to design and process design for three link from the start process of drawing parts are analyzed, and through the look-up table, the calculation of blank material, manufacturing method of selection. Then according to the principle of selection of locating datum and the required precision, determine the processing base and processing method. And ultimately determine the processing route. Refer to the technical manual calculation to determine the machining allowance, three linkage process dimension and the blank dimension and drawing blank drawing, Machine tools and process equipment to determine and calculate the amount of cutting machining processes related to manufacturing processes and produced a card. Finally, according to the processing elements designed a special fixture for three-hole machining qualified rod products.
