摘要
破碎机是选煤工业中不可或缺的设备。它的种类繁多,在工业应用中常用的破碎机有:颚式破碎机圆锥破碎机、辊式破碎机、冲击式破碎机,磨碎机等。双齿辊破碎机有在破碎物料后无法精确控制好产品粒度大小的问题,针对此问题,本设计了一双齿辊破碎机,其工作原理是使落入齿辊间的物料在通过齿辊时受到挤压与相互摩擦的双重作用从而达到破碎效果。
设计中为了得到要求的物料粒度,本文结合了对辊式破碎机和颚式破碎机的特点,针对双齿辊破碎机无法控制物料的问题设计了弹簧控制装置。本设计驱动采用的是单电机驱动,传动系统包括带传动和齿轮传动。对主要零部件进行了结构设计和强度校核,使用单电机驱动可以大大减轻破碎机的重量并且也可以保证破碎效果,带传动和齿轮传动结构简单,造价低并且传动效率高。
双齿辊破碎机经过设计后可以很好的控制破碎后产品粒度大小,并且传动效率高,结构简单,方便移动。

The design of the double-tooth roller crusher
Abstract
Crushers are indispensable equipment in the coal-picking industry. It has a wide variety of crushers commonly used in industrial applications: jaw crushers, cone crushers, roller crushers, impact crushers, grinders and so on. Double-tooth roller crusher has the problem that the product grain size can not be precisely controlled after the crushing material, in this paper, a pair of tooth roller crusher is designed, the working principle is to make the material falling between the tooth rollers through the tooth rollers by squeezing and friction between the double effect to achieve the crushing effect.
In order to obtain the required material granularity in the design, this paper combines the characteristics of roller crusher and jaw crusher, and designs a spring control device for the problem that double-tooth roller crusher can't control the material. This design drive is driven by a single motor and the drivetrain comprises a belt drive and gear drive. In this paper, the main components are structurally designed and strength-proofed, and the use of single-motor drive can greatly reduce the weight of the crusher and can also guarantee the crushing effect, with simple transmission and gear transmission structure, low cost and high transmission efficiency.
Double-tooth roller crusher after design can be very good control of the size of the product after crushing, and high transmission efficiency, simple structure, easy to move.
