筷子清洗消毒烘干排序整理机设计-筷子清洗机【三维SW+CAD图纸+说明书】

本项目根据以上研究领域存在的不足，设计了一台集中筷子清洗、消毒、烘干、排序和整理多功能模块一体化的设备。总体设计思路：根据自动化机械设计方法中的模块化设计理念，将整机按功能用途分模块进行模块化设计，即分为传动模块，进料模块，清洗模块，烘干消毒模块，筛选模块和装盒模块及电路模块（控制模块），先进行生产率分析后逐步设计各功能模块。

ABSTRACT
Chopsticks are essential to life daily diet tools, its health status directly related to people's health, but now the dining room, hotels and other medium above the chopsticks dining on cleaning with artificial clean way basically, not only its cleaning effect cannot be guaranteed, and its efficiency is poorly. Chopsticks cleaning is not a simple cleaning process, it to complete the chopsticks cleaning and disinfection, drying, sorting and boxes, processes all the independent can cause time and manpower waste, and will bring secondary pollution, and the market had been there can realize the automatic cleaning products equipment on chopsticks. For this project, according to the study of the defects in the field, the design of a concentrated chopsticks cleaning and disinfection, drying, sorting and finishing multifunctional module integration equipment. The overall design ideas: according to the design method of automatic machine modular design concept, will the machine according to the function use points module modular design, namely into transmission module, feeding module, cleaning module, the drying disinfection module, screening module and boxes module and circuit module (control module), first for productivity analysis gradually the function module design.
