取样器采用移除溜槽的形式，取样口宽度600mm，可以完全流过整个进料流，取样器的切削填料在等待时离开流动物料。拦截轨迹垂直于流动材料的平面，并且拦截了流动材料中的铁矿石块段。取样槽截留并进样，保证清清。设备主体采用有效的密封措施，避免任何流动材料喷到样品上，使样品污染和灰尘。
