柴油机气缸体工艺分析以及主要刀具设计
摘要
柴油机是一种能量转换设备，它主要通过燃料的燃烧来实现能量的转换，将燃料燃烧的热能转换为动能。柴油机相比于汽油机有很大的优点，比如不需要点火系，扭矩较大，适用于载货汽车等。柴油机的结构非常紧凑，应用非常广泛，在机械制造业广泛应用称为动力提供设备，同时在现代机械化农业方面也有着很大的作用。汽缸体是柴油机的一个重要部分，它相当于柴油机的心脏。因此汽缸的加工直接影响了柴油机的工作质量。
本次研究课题为六缸体柴油发动机的工艺分析以及主要刀具设计。首相要对汽缸体进行工艺分析。对于柴油机这种箱体类零件，需要遵循先面后孔的原则。对于面的加工有铣刨磨三种工艺。对于孔的加工，根据加工等级要求不同，有钻、扩、铰、镗、磨、拉等工序。对于不同规格尺寸的孔需要多种加工刀具，比如麻花钻、扩刀、镗刀、铰刀以及各种组合刀具等。本文是以道依茨公司的deutz1013六缸体柴油发动机为例，先通过查阅资料了解道依茨公司的发展情况以及产品介绍，再学习其柴油机工作原理，掌握柴油机的各种结构以及作用，再对柴油机进行工艺分析，制定详细的工艺卡。同时，还要设计加工各种规格尺寸孔的刀具，复合刀具可以提高加工精度及效率，所以也可以制造复合刀具。

This research topic is six cylinder diesel engine technology analysis as well as the main tool design.The prime minister to process analysis was carried out on the cylinder.For the box parts of diesel engine, need to follow the principle of hole after surface first.For surface machining with milling planer grinding three process.For hole processing, processing based on the different level requirement, drilling, expanding, reaming, boring, grinding, etc.For different size of holes need a variety of machining tool, such as twist drill, expanding, boring cutter, reamer, and various composite cutting tools, etc.This article is in accordance with the company of deutz1013 six cylinder diesel engine as an example, through access to information according to the first, the development of the company and product introduction, to study the working principle of the diesel engine, to master the various structure of the diesel engine and function, and analysis of diesel engine technology, formulate detailed process card.At the same time, design and processing all kinds of size hole cutter, composite cutter can improve the machining precision and efficiency, so can also manufacture composite cutting tools.
