摘要
本设计采用cad软件等，进行了塑料模具设计，从注射模设计以下，分型面选择在大断面处，进行了浇注系统设计，成型后，塑件成型的产品放在注塑机上。
设计需要计算塑件的尺寸，确定尺寸精度，然后注射机的选择。检查注塑机参数，包括厚度，模具安装尺寸，模具闭模行程，注塑机锁模力等参数，所有符合要求的确定注射机的类型。
在设计过程中，为了更清晰地表达的模具的内部结构，所以有很多的模具结构和模具的局部图，并通过其CAD二维图。

Abstract
This design for the following from the design of injection mold, the design of parting surface choice at the big cross section, gate USES the side gate, after molding, plastic parts molding products driven by putting on the launch.
Design needs to calculate the size of plastic parts, determine the dimensional precision, and then to the selection of injection machine. Check the injection machine parameters, including thickness, mold installation size, die die closed mould stroke, the clamping force of injection machine, etc. All parameters meet the requirements to determine the type of injection machine.
In the design process, in order to more clearly the internal structure of the expression of the mould, so the local figure with a lot of mould structure and mould, and through CAD two-dimensional picture of it.
