摘要
随着塑料制品在生产生活中应用的增多,塑件制造得到较高的重视。因为注塑模具在生产塑料件的速率和质量上有较大的优越性,所以在塑料制品的成型中占有很大比重,因而塑料模具的设计显得至关重要。
本设计主要是斜三通管的注射模具设计。通过对塑件进行工艺的分析及其结构分析,从产品结构工艺性,具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、注射机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。介绍了斜三通管注塑模具的结构组成及工作原理。该模具一模一腔,采用斜导柱和侧滑块抽芯机构,结构合理,运行可靠。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到斜三通管的质量和加工工艺要求。目的是通过对该零件的注塑模工艺的设计,了解注塑模具的设计步骤,ABS等材料的各项性能指标,工艺方案的选择,和侧向抽芯技术的掌握。
塑料注射的设计过程,其中的设计内容有零件的工艺性编制:塑件的工艺性分析、塑件的体积和质量计算及注射机参数的确定;结构设计:分型面选择、型腔数确定、型腔的排列方式、浇口设计、侧向分型抽芯机构设计、推出及复位机构方式确定;型芯、型腔尺寸计算;模具加热和冷却系统计算;模具闭合高度确定;注射机有关参数的校核;如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠。最后对模具结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核。并用autoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。

Abstract

With the increasing of plastic products in manufacturing and life, plastic part manufacturing is attracted more attention. Due to the advantage of injection mold on the speed and quality of plastic parts processing, it plays an important role in shaping of plastic parts. So the injection mold design is key segment of product life cycle.
This design mainly applies to injection mold of Diagonal Tee Connector.
It analyzes the process and structure through plastic parts. It gives detailed design on the injection system of molds, the structure of molding part, push-off system, selection of injector from the perspectives of productworkmanship and specific mold structure. The mould features as one mouldwith one cavity, adopting slanted guide pillar side core-pulling mechanisms, reasonable structure and reliableworking. It is to prove the mold can satisfy the quality and process requirements of the Diagonal Tee Connector through the design. Purpose is through the parts of the injection mold process design, mold design steps, ABS materials such as performance, selection of the process scheme, and side core drawing techniques.
Plastic Injection the design process,which is designed as part of the craft-oriented establishment : Plastic Parts of the Process Analysis, Plastic Parts of the size and quality of calculation and the injection parameters set; Structural design : Surface choice cavity determination, Cavity the arrangement, gate design, lateral type pulling mechanism design, launch and reattached body identified; Core, Cavity size calculation; Die heating and cooling system computation; Mold closing high set; Injection machine parameters in theverification; The design of such a structure can be used to ensure reliable die. Finally, the injection mold structure and the matching machinewas calibrated. Using a set of auto mapping mold parts and assembly plans.
