摘要
猪肉以及牛羊肉是人体生长机能所需要的一种必须的摄入食品,而且猪肉和牛羊肉在人们的日常生活中普片存在。以至于要把猪肉和牛羊肉,在食品生产和日常的生活中加工成各种满足人们需求和可食用的成品达到使用的目的。就需要把各种各样的食物做成一些条状以及一些片状的食物;在食品加工和生活中单靠人工来完成猪肉和牛羊肉的切削是既费时、费力而且切的效果也不好实现加工。目前,市场山的基于SolidWorks的绞肉机,多为价格比较昂贵的大型食品厂加工用设备,不适用于生活中以及农民个体生产及一些小型工厂的食品厂用于加工;为克服这种无法满足市场需要的缺点,本次设计的基于SolidWorks的绞肉机在查阅了大量相关文献资料的基础上,本次的设计主要针对基于SolidWorks的绞肉机,在先有的市场上进行了优化和改进设计,经过实际参数的设置和需求,符合理论计算,进行绞肉机相对应的数据校核,设计优化一种猪肉牛羊肉基于SolidWorks的绞肉机,这种绞肉机可以切削多种猪肉和牛羊肉,在市场上可以实现一机多用的作用。该基于SolidWorks的绞肉机主要由进料斗、传送齿、切削刀、绞刀及电动机组成,其实际的工作原理,是利用根茎类猪肉和牛羊肉的自由落体的作用实现自动进料,通过绞刀的旋转将下料斗中的猪肉和牛羊肉进行滚动成相对好切的位置,再通过传送齿传送至切刀下面,在切刀上的感应器高应道食品时开始切削,在传送齿运动的过程中根据调节的切削长度来实现切削,最后成品由出料口出料至菜框中即可取走。这样的额设备实现了能够实现连续进料以及实现出料,猪肉厚度、切刀细可调的功能,具有实现对多种猪肉和牛羊肉切削生产率高、工作功耗低、操作安全可靠、能够保证猪肉牛羊肉的加工质量好等优点。

Abstract
Pork, beef and mutton are necessary food for human growth, and pork, beef and mutton are common in people's daily life. Sowe need to process pork, beef and mutton into avariety of edible products to meet people's needs in food production and daily life. It is necessary to make all kinds of food into strips and flakes. In food processing and life, it is not only time-consuming and laborious to cut pork and beef and mutton manually, but also difficult to achieve the processing effect. At present, the meat grinder based on SolidWorks in market mountain is mostly the equipment for processing in large-scale food factorieswith relatively expensive price,which is not suitable for processing in life, individual production of farmers and some small-scale factories. To overcome the shortcomings that can not meet the market demand, the meat grinder based on SolidWorks designed in this design is based on consulting a large number of relevant literature This design is mainly aimed at the meat grinder based on SolidWorks,which has been optimized and improved in the previous market. After the actual parameter setting and demand, and in linewith the theoretical calculation, the corresponding data check of the meat grinder is carried out. A meat grinder based on SolidWorks is designed and optimized,which can cut avariety of pork and beef and mutton in the market It can realize the multi-purpose function of one machine. The meat grinder based on SolidWorks is mainly composed of feed hopper, transmission teeth, cutting knife, cutter and motor. Its actualworking principle is to realize automatic feeding by using the free fall function of rhizome pork and beef and mutton. Through the rotation of cutter, the pork and beef and mutton in the lower hopper are rolled into relatively good cutting position, and then transmitted to the lower part of cutter through transmission teeth, When the inductor on the cutter is highly responsive to the food, it starts to cut. In the process of transmitting the tooth movement, it realizes cutting according to the adjusted cutting length. Finally, the finished product can be removed from the outlet to thevegetable frame. This equipment realizes the functions of continuous feeding and discharging, adjustable pork thickness and cutter fineness. It has the advantages of high cutting productivity, low power consumption, safe and reliable operation, and good processing quality of pork, beef and mutton.
