摘要
糖果包装机设计可以说是一种经典的包装机机械系统设计了，它占领了大部分的包装机市场，糖果包装机主要设计要求是设计它的尺寸大小，对它的一些零件进行强度计算和强度校核，对传动机械系统的传动比传动效率进行设计。而本次设计主要针对圆台柱状巧克力糖的铝箔纸包装。这次设计的要进行方案设计，方案设计是对机械结构提出一个可行方案；还有机械手及进出糖机构设计，主要工作内容是设计机械手的尺寸和进出糖机构结构的设计；传动系统链设计，要对各个传送机构的传送比计算确定传动链的各项数据。
这次设计的重点之一是机械手及进出糖机构，这个是糖果包装机的主要运动机构，也是糖果包装机运行的必要运动机构。它主要实现巧克力糖的输入、折边、抄底边，然后通过输送带输出产品。糖果包装机机构中的机械手的主功能是实现夹取糖果、对糖果折边包装、转送包装好的糖果等一系列功能，对于机械手的形状设计有着很高的要求，要求它的形状与糖果形状相似否则会破坏糖果外形、夹紧力的大小也有着要求，它的夹紧力不能太大，还有转位角度也有着严格的要求。设计机械手时，有围绕着这几点进行设计。
这次设计的另一个重点是传动系统设计，传动系统是运动机构传递动力的关键。本次糖果包装机设计要实现的运动有机械手位置转动，它的功能主要是控制机械手夹取糖果。送糖盘的位置转动，主要实现把糖果送到指定位置进行包装。供纸运动，主要对包装机进行供纸。剪纸运动，主要是对包装纸进行裁剪。而抄纸，接糖、顶糖以及拨糖，是对糖果包装以及运输的过程。每个功能需要的动力大小不同，这就需要传动系统进行调节。比如说在机械手的转位功能中，要完成间歇式转位，完成机械手对糖果的夹取到包装这就要用到槽轮机构来实现对机械手的传动，该机构的作用是保证机械手在转到指定位置后，有一定的停留时间，为顶糖、接糖、拨糖等功能的实现提供机械动作执行时间。对糖果包装机生产率为定为120r/min，并且要求其生产率可调节范围在75~135r/min之间。

Abstract
Candy packaging machine design is a typical packaging machine mechanical system design,which includes the size design of the mechanism, strength design, and transmission mechanical system design. This design is mainly aimed at the aluminum foil packaging of the cone shaped chocolate candy. The main contents of the design are three aspects: scheme design, manipulator and mechanism design, and chain design.
The design of manipulator and sugar handling mechanism is one of the key parts of this candy packaging machine. It mainly realizes the input, hem and bottom edge of chocolate candy, and then outputs the product through the conveyor belt. In this system, the main function of the manipulator is to realize the function of clamping sugar, folding and transferring, so it has different design requirements for the shape of the manipulator, the angle of transposition and the clamping force, so it is designed around these pointswhen designing the manipulator.
Transmission system design: the transmission system is an essential part of the motion mechanism. Its main function is the transmission of power. In the system function, the function of the manipulator translocation, the transfer of the sugar disks, the paper supply, the paper cutting, the papermaking, the sugar, the top sugar and the sugar and so on, the power size of each function is different,which requires the transmission system to be adjusted. For example, in the transposition function of the manipulator, in order to realize the intermittent transposition function, the function of the mechanism is to be realized through the groovewheel mechanism in the transmission chain. The function of the mechanism is to ensure that the manipulator has a certain residence time after transferring to the specified position. It provides the execution time for the function of the top sugar, sugar, sugar and so on. The designed packaging mechanism has a normal productivity of 120r/min and its productivity can be 70~130r/min.
