日用陶瓷灌浆生产线主传动设计
摘要
在日用陶瓷领域,主要还是依靠手工生产,生产的瓷器存在磕伤、凿伤、缺渣等缺点。随着市场需求量的增长,人工生产效率相对较低。对如何提高生产质量和生产率是广大陶瓷生产企业必须面对的问题。
日用陶瓷灌浆生产线主传动可实现生产过程的传动。本设计采用链传动装置实现对整体过程的传动,提高生产效率,减少对瓷器的损伤。
由于受多种载荷的影响,模具装夹装置会产生弯曲变形,影响生产质量及效率。影响因素,装置本身的质量、模具的质量和泥浆的质量。本文针对装置受力情况,对其进行受力分析,通过分析结果简化设计。
设计的主要内容如下:
(1)根据实际需求,拟定设计方案。
(2)有关参数的选择和处理,确定生产线的设计。

The Design for Main Drive of Ceramic Slurring Production Line for Daily Use
Abstract
In the field of domestic ceramics, it is mainly dependent on manual production, and the porcelain produced has such defects as knock, chisel and slag. With the growth of market demand, the efficiency of manual production is relatively low. How to improve production quality and productivity is a problem that must be faced by thevast majority of ceramic manufacturers.
The main transmission of the daily ceramic grouting production line can realize the transmission of the production process. This design adopts chain transmission device to realize the transmission of thewhole process, improve production efficiency and reduce damage to porcelain.
Due to the influence ofvarious loads, the die clamping devicewill produce bending deformation,whichwill affect the quality and efficiency of production. The influencing factors, the quality of the device itself, the quality of the mold and the quality of the mud. In this paper, the force analysis of the device is carried out, and the design is simplified through the analysis results.
The main contents of the paper are as follows:
(1) the design scheme is drawn up according to the actual demand.
(2) the selection and processing of relevant parameters to determine the design of the production line.
