摘要
现在制造业发展迅速,出现很多非标零件。这些非标零件在进行机械加工的时候,因零件不规则,装夹不方便。因此,需要设计专用夹具对其进行装夹和加工。
这次设计的专用夹具是用来生产轴承架零件,设计分为两大内容,一个是设计轴承架零件加工工艺,另一部分是设计铣Ф54前端面铣床专用夹具。刚开始对其进行设计时,我查看了很多的资料,定位是怎么进行的,怎么样对零部件进行夹紧,了解了这些知识后。还掌握夹具行业状况,涉及哪些专业等。
加工工艺设计内容有:绘制零件图,分析零件构造,确定零件生产形势,确定加工余量,绘制毛坯图。而后编写工艺路线和工序卡。确定相应的切削用量并对其进行计算等。夹具设计内容有:确定了零件装夹时,定位方法和夹紧方法。将定位的零部件还有夹紧的零部件都确定下来,分析在定位时候的偏差,将夹具的装配图纸,还有详细的非标零件图都画出来;撰写设计说明书,对本次设计进行总结。

Abstract
The manufacturing industry is developing rapidly and there are many non-standard parts. When these non-standard parts are machined, the parts are irregular and the clamping is inconvenient. Therefore, it is necessary to design a special fixture to clamp and process it.
The special fixture designed this time is used to produce the bearing frame parts. The design is divided into two major parts, one is to design the bearing frame parts processing technology, and the other part is to design the milling cutter 54 front end face milling machine special fixture. When I first started designing it, I looked at a lot of information, how the positioningwas done, how to clamp the parts and understand the knowledge. Also grasp the status of the fixture industry,which majors are involved.
The design of the processing technology includes drawing part drawings, analyzing the part structure, determining the production situation of the parts, determining the machining allowance, and drawing the blank drawing. Thenwrite the routing and process card. Determine the appropriate cutting amount and calculate it. The fixture design content includes: determining the positioning method and clamping methodwhen the parts are clamped. The positioning components and the clamped components are all determined, the deviation during positioning is analyzed, the assembly drawings of the fixture, and the detailed non-standard parts drawings are drawn; the design specification iswritten, and the design is performed. to sum up.
