连接脚冲压模具设计

摘要
连接脚件是一种需要大量生产的零件。为了提高加工精度和生产效率，需要设计一部模具来改善它的加工情况。本课题设计为一连接脚件的冷冲压模具设计，根据设计零件的材料、尺寸、生产要求等等，首先进行零件的工艺性分析，确定冲裁工艺方案及模具结构方案、进而通过工艺设计计算，确定排样的方案以及板料的切割，计算冲裁力、弯曲力、拉伸力，确定压力中心，计算凸凹模刃口尺寸及公差，初选压力机，设计并选取零部件，进行校核，绘制模具装配草图。其中在结构设计中，主导对凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、定位零件、模架、紧固件进行了设计，并且在结构设计的同时对部分零部件进行加工工艺分析，完成这篇设计。

Abstract
Pin member is needed to mass production of parts. In order to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency, to design a mold to improve its processing conditions. This topic designed as a pin member of cold stamping die design, parts of the material according to the design, dimensions, manufacturing requirements, etc., for the first part of the process of analysis to determine the blanking process solutions and mold structure of the program, and then through the process design calculations, programs and determine nesting sheet metal cutting, punching calculation, bending, tensile strength, determined punching center, computer punch blade dimensions and tolerances, primaries press, and select components designed for school nuclear, mold assembly drawing sketches. Which in the structural design, the dominant right punch and die, punch fixed plate, positioning parts, mold, fastenerswere designed, and in the structural design of components for processing on the part of both process analysis, the completion of this graduation.
