科学技术的飞速发展，老式的灭菌器已经很难满足人们的需求，对灭菌更彻底，操作更方便的灭菌器的需求越来越大，而机动门是保证实现此需求的关键，因此对灭菌器的密封门的要求也是很严格的。
本文主要以机动门真空灭菌器门体为研究对象，对其门体部分进行设计。首先分析研究了机动门主要结构和负责门开、闭的传动装置；根据主轴的主要参数和设计要求首先进行电机的选择，为了满足主轴转速的要求，选择适当的传动比，其次对传动轴尺寸进行了设计和安全强度作出了校核；通过齿轮啮合扭转力与圆轴力的计算确定主轴的弯矩，然后轴承座等并对主要零件进行了校合。本设计提高了机动门真空灭菌器的安全性和密封性，对灭菌门体安群可靠开关起了现实的指导意义，可实用于加工精度较高的场合。
