立式物料混合机设计
摘要
立式混合机是饲料加工厂一种常用的混合机械，特别在一些小型饲料加工厂应用较广，提高了物料混合的效率。饲料混合机主要有以下部分组成:电机、进料斗、卸料板、料箱、观察口、搅龙、撒料板。该机器主要由垂直搅龙将饲料反复向上传送混合，达到物料混合的效果。进料斗中设计有横向搅龙以解决现有混合机进料装置依靠重力进料导致物料容易卡在死角的问题。还在搅龙上端出料门增设撒料板以提高混合程度，提高抛撒混合效率。整个机型结构简单，体积较小，维护方便。

Abstract
thevertical mixer is a kind of commonly used mixing machine in feed processing plant,which iswidely used in some small feed processing plants and improves the efficiency of material mixing. The feed mixer is mainly composed of the following parts: motor, feed hopper, discharge plate, material box, observation port, auger and scattering plate. The machine is mainly used to transport and mix feed up and up repeatedly byvertical auger to achieve the effect of material mixing. A horizontal auger is designed in the feed hopper to solve the problem that the feed device of the existing mixer relies on the gravity to feed and the material is easy to get stuck in the dead angle. In order to improve the mixing degree and the mixing efficiency, a spreading plate is added to the discharge gate at the upper end of the auger. Thewhole machine has simple structure, smallvolume and convenient maintenance.
